HP2 Residential is a Texas real estate company brokered by Hampson Properties LLC (TREC Broker License #9008072). All brokerage services offered on or through HP2 Residential are conducted under the licensure and oversight of Hampson Properties LLC.

Purpose of the Website

• The website HP2Residential.com is provided for informational and marketing purposes only.
• The website may display property listings, resources, and information about services offered by HP2 Residential.
• No credit card purchases, e-commerce, or product sales occur through the website.
• Any monetary transactions related to real estate occur only through licensed title companies, lenders, or other approved service providers in the course of real estate transactions.

Mobile Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms & Conditions

These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Mobile Terms") govern your participation in HP2 Residential's text message program(s) ("HP2 Residential Alerts & Updates").

Program Description

We may send transactional and marketing messages, which can include: appointment/showing confirmations or updates; document/e-signature reminders; status updates on listings or applications; market updates; event invites; and follow-ups related to your inquiry.

Opt-In & Consent

By (a) providing your mobile number to us and submitting a form; (b) texting us first; or (c) otherwise expressly opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from HP2 Residential, which may be sent via automated technology (e.g., autodialer). Consent is not a condition of any brokerage service. If your number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call list, your consent authorizes communications notwithstanding that listing.

Message frequency varies. Frequency will depend on your interactions, current transactions, and preferences.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor common synonyms: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You may also request removal by emailing info@hp2residential.com or calling our office.

Supported Carriers / Delivery

Delivery is subject to your carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Eligibility & Ownership

You must be 18+ and the authorized user of the phone number you provide. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us promptly so we can stop messaging the old number.

Data & Privacy

We may process message content, timing, device and routing metadata to deliver and improve the program and to maintain compliance records. See our Privacy Policy for more on data practices. We do not sell your personal information.

Changes & Termination

We may modify or end the SMS program or these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes. We may suspend or terminate messaging to any number at our discretion (e.g., due to carrier filters or suspected misuse).
